The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has uncovered that it had requested banks to refund N65billion to Nigerians.
The refund secured wrongful reasonings and charges from clients' stores and different exchanges over the most recent six years.

"We have recouped and come back to clients over N65bn out of protestations by individuals over demonstrations of treatment on clients, wrong charges, wrong findings and others since 2012/2013 when we began," he said.

"We have had assaults in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Onitsha, Ibadan et cetera, and we will keep on doing that, and individuals have been gotten and cash seized. We are looking out for the police to start to indict those individuals."
