Many Killed As NAF Fighter Jet Bombs Insurgents’ Stronghold In Zamfara

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) said its staff on inward security tasks in Zamfara State have executed scores of brigands threatening the general population of the state.

The brigands were executed in Sububu Forest, Birni Magaji and Rugu Forest after air strikes and helicopter gunship assaults on the fortress of the fear based oppressors.

NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, who put forth this known in an announcement, said that the air prohibitions and observation missions against the outlaws were done one after another between August 9 and 11.

Daramola, in the announcement, stated: "The Nigerian Air Force Air Task Force (ATF) for Operation Diran Mikiya has scored up another arrangement of fruitful activities against outfitted scoundrels in the northwest of the nation.
